Dear
Friends
and
Partners
of
Family
Missions
|
Weather
is
not
usually
something
that
we
can
say
too
much
about
because
we
just
have
two
kinds
and
that
is
hot
and
hotter.
It
does
come
in
wet
and
dry
though.
Right
now
it
is
trying
to
make
up
its
mind
and
we
are
just
waiting
for
things
to
settle.
We
have
been
having
100
degrees
plus
for
several
weeks
and
we
might
as
well
ignore
it
because
complaining
just
reminds
us
that
we
are
suffering.
A
recent
break
from
the
heat
brought
us
down
into
the
70’s
for
several
days.
Most
of
you
all
would
laugh
to
see
all
the
sweaters,
jackets
and
caps
the
people
(us
also)
were
wearing.

&
Daughter
after
the
fire.

EVA’S
HOUSE
REPAIRED
Since
our
last
newsletter
we
have
continued
with
the
many
areas
of
ministry
that
Family
Missions
is
here
in
Honduras
to
do.
The
feeding
centers
are
a
major
part
of
this
ministry
and
the
rebuilding
of
one
of
them
has
kept
our
team
busy.
Eva’s
house
is
almost
finished
with
the
roof
going
on
this
coming
week.
Then
it
will
be
Jhon’s
job
to
start
putting
in
the
new
electricity
so
she
doesn’t
have
the
same
problems
in
the
future.
We
have
put
in
mostly
cement
and
steel
so
we
are
trusting
fire
will
never
be
their
problem
again.
Thanks
to
individuals
and
some
churches,
we
have
received
most
of
the
money
needed
to
do
a
very
good
job
for
Eva
and
provide
a
place
to
feed
and
teach
the
children.

PRISON
MINISTRY
Jesus
said
that
we
would
have
the
poor
with
us
always.
I
just
didn’t
realize
when
I
lived
for
so
many
years
in
my
home
country
that
He
meant
there
would
be
so
many
of
them
in
every
generation.
Many
are
poor
materially,
poor
spiritually,
and
some
just
poor
in
every
area
of
their
lives.
It
really
takes
patience
and
wisdom
to
know
where
to
use
the
resources
that
the
Lord
provides.
We
have
learned
over
the
years
(almost
20
now)
that
we
are
not
here
to
meet
every
need.
That
was
not
an
easy
lesson
but
to
be
truly
effective
it
must
be
learned.
I
have
been
getting
some
of
my
best
lessons
in
the
Central
Prison.
That
is
truly
a
place
of
concentrated
needs
continually.
We
have
started
a
small
project
to
give
some
the
prisoners
in
the
church
a
way
to
make
a
little
money
by
making
frames.

KIDS
–
KIDS
-
KIDS
Last
week
Valerie
taught
the
children
on
the
subject
of
being
“DILIGENT
OR
HARD
WORKING”.
As
a
culture
most
of
the
people
that
we
work
with
have
not
learned
to
be
diligent
so
Valerie
had
her
work
cut
out
for
that
teaching.
Our
son
Mario
helped
with
the
interpretation
and
we
think
some
of
them
got
the
point
of
finishing
what
you
start,
the
best
that
you
can.

WE
HAVE
A
NEED
After
10
years
of
mostly
faithful
service,
our
freezer
has
died
that
is
used
to
keep
meat
and
other
things
for
the
feeding
projects.
No
more
repairing
and
we
do
not
have
a
backup
freezer.
We
were
told
we
just
need
a
new
one.
This
is
a
very
important
item
for
the
projects
and
we
need
to
replace
it
soon.
All
the
prices
that
we
were
able
to
get
with
guarantees
were
between
$600
and
$700.

Thanks
to
all
our
Partners
who
provide
for
this
ministry
and
for
the
Allard
Family
in
so
many
ways.
