Dear Friends and Partners of Family Missions

The Prison Ministry in the Central prison, San Pedro Sula, two days a week is changing the lives of many of the inmates. The young men in one area are having regular Bible study. These young men are considered the BAD BOYS that must be separated from the general prison population. We have also started English language classes because one of the inmates is bilingual. We are providing the materials and he is doing the teaching. Roger Mckinney leads our group and has also established River of Living Water Fellowship inside the prison attended by men and women.

The Ministers Bible Training Institute began a few months ago with 20 students. The Institution offers in depth teaching to prepare men and women for ministry. Understanding the basics of Spiritual Authority and our full and complete redemption as revealed in the Book of Ruth are foundational to good ministry preparation.

Our work with children in marginal areas continues with the Saturday classes, Special Children's Days, feeding, gifts, candy, cookies, pinatas, and memorizing scripture are all part of the fun and activities of sharing the Love of Jesus. Omar Santacreu regularly teaches things like the fruit of the Spirit with special music to help them remember.

Visiting Ministers this year included Richard White from Effingham, IL (and New Hope Baptist Church) and the Wendell Ban family from Tulsa, OK. Both ministries returned to the United States having ministered in churches, conferences, prison, schools, feeding projects and the kinder that they have both helped support.

The Sewing School is prospering with new contracts and work for Students.
The Military Medical Hospital has made Jhon their official chaplain. Bible teaching classes are also scheduled to begin after the first of the year. Officers from the Naval Base where we used to teaching. I am praying that those we are teaching in the Institute will be able to go out on some of these assignments. People in

positions of authority are realizing the value of Bible instruction and discipling that builds people of good character that are teachable and more dependable.

Jhon, Valerie and our team of Associated Ministries ant to thank each of you that faithfully continue to be involved in our lives and this ministry. We are now in our 19th year of serving the Lord by serving the people of HOnduras through many different outreaches. Some of them have changed but there is never any lack of opportunity. The Lord has been faithful over the years to bless us with very fruitful ground in which to plant seeds of Love and the teaching of His Word.

Thanks from all of us to this group and our partners that help us continue to share Jesus
Jhon and Valerie and the Family Missions' team of ministries.
